Dearest grandfather of Liam and Logan Walker, Rebecca, Peyton, Samantha, and Aidan Cheeseman, Eddie and Paulie Cheeseman, Maisie and Dylan Cheeseman, and Josh Cohen.
Dear brother of John (Nancy), Mary, Gayle, Margaret, and Tess (Carwood) Semke. Beloved Son of the late Elizabeth J. "Betty" Cheeseman & John F. "Swish" Cheeseman. Survived by many nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
He was born & raised on the northwest side of Chicago, IL. He graduated from St. Edward Elementary & St. Patrick High School before entering the US Army. He had a long career in the construction industry before retiring to spend more time with his wife & grandkids. Patrick was a member of the Holy Name Society at Our Lady of Victory Church. Coach of many over the years for Portage Park Baseball & OLV Basketball.
Visitation will be held Thursday, November 2nd, from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM at TOHLE FUNERAL HOME (4325 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60630).
Funeral Services Friday, November 3rd, at 10:30 AM at ST. EDWARD CHURCH (4350 W Sunnyside Ave, Chicago, IL 60630). Interment Private.

Patrick Jay Cheeseman, age 75, was a US Army Veteran. He was the beloved husband of the late Kathleen "Kathy" Ann nee Mulligan. Loving father of Angelique Walker, Brian (Maria) Cheeseman, Kevin (Carolyn) Cheeseman, Dan (Mary Ellen) Cheeseman, and Michelle Cohen.
