Patrick Joseph Gorman, IV

Patrick "Pat" Joseph Gorman, IV, of West Point, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, July 8, 2024. Pat was a loving and devoted father, Pop Pop, brother, and friend. He was the life of the party and everyone enjoyed his company. Pat was a man of many skills and spent a lot of his time trying to fix anything that needed a repair. He will be remembered for his generous spirit and always being willing to help anyone in need.  Pat will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. 

He was born on December 9, 1956 in Huntington, West Virginia to Patrick and Georgina Gorman. He is preceded in death by his father, Patrick Joseph Gorman, III; and his mother, Georgina Gorman.

Pat is survived by his loving family, daughter, Thomasean (Jesse Harper) Gorman; son, Patrick Joseph Gorman, V;  granddaughters, Giovianna Gorman, Raven Gorman; spouse, Lois Powell; sister, Thomasean Gorman; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway. A celebration of his life will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.
