Patrick Warren Miller

Patrick Warren Miller, a man of honor and cherished community member, entered into eternal peace on February 6, 2025, at his home in Grand Ledge, Michigan. Born on March 31, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio, Patrick's journey was one of dedication, love, and courage.
Patrick's spirit of service was evident from the tender age of 17, when he joined the Marines, serving his country valiantly during the Vietnam War. His commitment to fellow veterans continued long after his military service ended, exemplified by his active involvement with the VFW Post 701. His diligence and passion extended to the earth beneath his feet; Patrick devoted countless hours to working on his beloved farm.
Family was the cornerstone of Patrick's life. He leaves behind his loving children Victoria (Daniel) Moran, Steven (Rachel) Miller, Brandon Miller, and Katherine Miller, his treasured grandchildren Jonathan, Justin, Casey, Waylon, Kolton, and Hunter, and the joys of his later years, great-grandchildren Rainyn and Windyn. His sister Sandy (George Johnson) Miller and sister-in-law, Margie Miller, also survive him, carrying with them his legacy of warmth and generosity. Patrick was greeted in the afterlife by his parents Warren and Elizabeth (Bolan) Miller, his son Michael Miller, his sister Carol Miller, and his brother Daniel Miller.
Patrick's zest for life was not only found in his farming but also in his love for riding his Harley and cruising around in his Corvette. Time spent with family was precious, often around meals he lovingly prepared, leaving behind memories of laughter and full hearts.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the Mills Funeral Home, Peters & Murray Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, February 14, 2025, at the funeral home with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, in loving memory of Patrick Miller.
