Patrick Powell

Patrick Lincoln-Vaughn Powell was born October 10th, 1961, to Clembert Nathaniel Powell and Uvenice Delorie Powell. He was the youngest of three unto them both; eldest sister Desiree Powell and older brother Wayne Powell. He was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, where he attended Vaz Prep and Kingston College. Growing up, he was a shy child who had a tendency to provoke his siblings. He also enjoyed spending time with his Aunty Beauty, whom he would often call his second mother.
At the age of 11, his mother, Uvenice, migrated to America for a better opportunity at life. Patrick and his siblings stayed in Jamaica and were raised by their father, Clembert, who structured them to become the disciplined and respectful individuals they grew to be. At the age of 17, Patrick and his siblings then migrated to America to live with their mother. He attended Tilden High School in Brooklyn, NY, where he met his first wife, Dianne Fraser, and bore 3 children; Nathaniel, Natania, and Patrice. After the separation of Dianne and Patrick, he bore two more children, Patria and Patrina Powell.
Patrick then remarried his beloved wife, Barbara DioLallevi, where he adopted his stepdaughter, River, with whom they created many memories, including traveling all over the world. When he retired in Tampa, Florida, he became an adopted family member to the Church of
Refuge. Whether he was spending time with his family, the church, or tending to his garden, Patrick approached life with a sense of enthusiasm, gratitude, and most of all, humor. Patrick was a loving, dedicated, stand-up family man who put God first above all. His heart was
as pure as gold, and the love he had for friends and enemies was like no other. He will be deeply missed by his children, his wife, his siblings, and his 3 grandchildren Damari, Ryleigh, and Quisan.
