1962 – 2023
Sadly, on Sunday, October 29, 2023, my father, Patrick Martin Pyle, passed away at the age of 61. He had been sick for a short while. He was born on March 17, 1962, in Omaha, NE on St. Patrick's Day as one of five children.
My dad served in the Navy for a brief while and was stationed on the USS Saratoga (CV-60).
He drove a semi for years, which he loved. He also worked for the same company in Santa Rosa for 24 years. He and my mother were happily together for 20 years.
My dad loved working with his hands and was always ready to lend a hand if anyone needed help. He loved watching Westerns and John Wayne.
Survivors include: my mother, Cassie; myself, Matthew Martin Pyle; my brother, David; and my brother, Gage. He has two sisters, Donna and Shirley and two brothers, Mike and Greg. He had a few grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews that adored him and lots of family and friends that loved him. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Trahan Family Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2023, also at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Crain Cemetery.
There will also be a small gathering in the conference room at the Red Roof Inn (2672 Avalon Blvd., Milton). You can help the family by bringing a covered dish if you wish.
