On Sunday, November 23, 2025, Patsy Ann Graumann passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. She was 81 years old.
Patsy was born on November 13, 1944, in Mangum, OK to Earl and Velma Racy. She attended Mangum Schools for twelve years, was an active member of the Mangum HS/JH Marching Band as a twirler and played flute and piccolo in the Mangum HS/JH Concert Band. She graduated from Mangum High School in 1944. She attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Patsy held multiple jobs in various agencies of USDA over the years retiring as the Assistant State Director for the Rural Economic Development Agency, USDA in 2008.
When both of Patsy's children graduated from O.S.U she became a lifelong avid fan as a season ticket holder for multiple sports events. Patsy had a passion for training her dogs as she trained, competed, taught classes and held multiple officer positions in the Oklahoma City Obedience Training Club. She also enjoyed gardening, certified as a Master Gardener and attending her local stamping club making handmade greeting cards. She was known for her kind and compassionate spirit, can-do-attitude and most especially, for her ability to talk to anyone anywhere at any time.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Jack Racy and brothers-in-law Tommy Yeager and Gwyn Dale Graumann. She is survived by her daughter Paige, son Payton, daughter-in-law Jennifer, granddaughter Presley and sister Melba Yeager. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law Linda Racy, Delores Furr and Barbara Graumann; brother-in-law Franklin Furr and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Kolb Cemetery, 3706 N Midwest Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 7314.
