She was born on February 14, 1966 to the late Mr. RL "Stove," and Jewel Locklear.
She is preceded in death along with her parents, brother: Kenneth Ray Locklear and her sister: Paula Kay Locklear.
She leaves to cherish her memories the love of her life, her husband, Mr. Ricky Locklear, four children: Shaneka Michelle Locklear (Christopher) of Red Springs, NC, Ricky Jr. Locklear, Shalyia Logan Locklear, and Steven Ray Locklear all of the home. She also leaves one sister: Ann M. Locklear of Pembroke, her pride and joy, four grandchildren: Tarri Annah, Zarri Annah, Chris Tario and Kamyi Annah all of Red Springs; also including many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, along with a host of relatives and friends.
