Patsy Ruth Lowe

North Augusta, SC – Patsy Ruth Lowe, 95, entered into rest September 6, 2024, after a long and fulfilling life. In accordance with her wishes, Patsy's ashes will be spread by her family during a private ceremony at a later date.
Patsy was born August 10, 1929, in Greensboro, NC. North Augusta was home and where she resided for many years. She was a longtime and active member of Bel-Ridge Baptist Church. She was a devout Christian who loved God. She spent her time cooking for her family, making Christmas ornaments, and collecting clowns. Patsy loved watching the Braves play baseball and didn't miss a game. She lived a life filled with tremendous passion and service towards others.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Lowe; daughter, Gail Wood; three brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include her son, Edward Wood (Tami) of North Augusta; two sisters; Judy Harley of North Augusta and Virgie Detter (Bob) of Anderson, SC; two grandchildren, Marjorie Lewis of Greenville, SC and Katie Wood of North Augusta, SC ; six great-grandchildren, Hunter, Lizzy, Edward, Kavin, Quinlynn and Dominick; great-great-grandchildren, Kanova.
