In Loving Memory of Patricia Kerns
Patricia "Patti" Kerns, age 65, of Bradenton, Florida passed away on July 12th, 2025, surrounded by love.
Patti was born on November 18th, 1960, to Father Dean Glasco, and Mother Helen Glasco (Ball) in Lima, Ohio.
Patti was a beautiful soul, inside and out. She lit up every room with her laughter, her warmth, and her quick wit. She was generous beyond measure, always giving more of herself than anyone ever expected. Whether it was her time, her love, or something she found while out shopping that made her think of you, Patti had a way of making people feel seen and cared for. She had a deep capacity for love and a fierce loyalty to the people she cared about. Her home, decorated with seashells she lovingly collected from the beach, reflected her peaceful spirit and her eye for beauty. Patti brought joy in the form of little surprises, and heartfelt conversations. She never met a stranger, just a friend she had not made yet.
She is survived by her husband, George; children, Kate and Mattie; mother, Helen; and sisters, Theresa, Deb, Cindy, and Laura-all of whom were deeply loved. She was preceded in death by her father, Dean, and stepfather, Bob.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Anna Maria Island Turtle Watch or the Sarasota Jungle Garden or just simply take a walk on the beach and think of Patti.
