Patty Westfall Obituary
Patty Jo Westfall, age 66 of Painesville died on September 1, 2022 at Lake West Hospital. She was born on March 16, 1956 in Cleveland. Patty was a retail clerk at Falcones Convenient Store in Painesville. She enjoyed reading, playing with her dog, Brody, and riding around on her golf cart with her significant other, Frank Leonard. She especially enjoyed the time spent with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great granddaughter.
She is survived by her daughter, Audra Swartz; grandchildren, Alexis (Tristan) Rhea, Gillian Swartz, and Pierce Swartz; great grandchildren, Tyler, Isabella, Joseph, Treshawn, Reign, Harper, and Hayden; great great granddaughter, Oaklynn; her brother, Richard Rashid; nieces and nephews, Rochelle, Raquel, Jackie, Timmy, Jimmy, and Shane.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Nelson; and siblings, Debra Westfall, James Westfall, and Earl Westfall.
A visitation will be Friday, September 9, 2022 from 6-7PM with a memorial service at 7:00PM at Johnson Funeral Home, 368 Mentor Ave., Painesville, Ohio 44077.
