Born in Brewton, AL, he was the son of the late Albert and Flora Singleton Coleman.
Paul was a member of Reedy Fork Baptist Church. He was a Mason and Shriner as well as a Vietnam Veteran.
He is survived by a daughter, Paula Coleman, (David); son, Paul Coleman, (Carrie); three granddaughters, Gabriella Suchinski, Hayley Palmas, and Jessica Coleman; grandson, Garrett Coleman; great-grandson, Keanu Sanchez; two sisters, Eloise Nelson, Linda Thompson; and brother, Roy Coleman.
A Visitation will be held Wednesday September 28th, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Southeast.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children at https://www.shrinerschildrens.org/en/locations/greenville.
