Paul R. Cosetta

BURRILLVILLE - Paul R. Cosetta, 81, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at home surrounded by family and friends. He was the loving husband of Linda J. (Walker) Cosetta, his wife of 58 years. They recently celebrated their anniversary on August 19th. Born in Woonsocket, he was the beloved son of the late James and Yvonne (Herard) Cosetta and son-in-law of the late Roger and Marie (Rouleau) Walker.

Paul graduated from Burrillville High School in 1962 and worked as a tool crib coordinator for Kaman Aerospace for 35 years. He was a life-long resident of Burrillville and a life-long member of the Knights of Columbus Pascoag Council 383 as well as the American Legion Post 17. He was also a member of the Oakland-Mapleville Fire Department and was an original member of the Bel-Airs, a local band, for many years. He was an active member of St. Joseph's Church in Pascoag for over 50 years. He proudly served his country in the US Army during Vietnam Era from 1965 to 1967.

He leaves behind his wife Linda and daughter, Bethany L. Cosetta of Pascoag; his brother, Michael J. (Veronica, deceased) Cosetta of Mapleville and his sister, Zoe A. (Joseph) Hopp of Pascoag. He also leaves behind his nephew, Robert M. Cosetta: his nephew and Godchild, David J. (Cathy) Ames; his niece Jennifer (David) Losardo; five great-nephews and nieces and his Godchild Scott D. Lane.

His funeral will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 9 AM from the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave., Pascoag with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 183 Sayles Ave., Pascoag. Burial with Military Honors will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Pascoag Main St., Burrillville. Calling hours will be Thursday, August 28 from 4 to 7 PM. www.boucherfh.com
