Obituary for Paul Dallmann

Paul Dallmann, 79, of Willmar, Minnesota, passed away on December 4, 2025. He was born on November 16, 1946, to Arnold and Irma Dallmann, who preceded him in death.

On June 19, 1966, Paul married the love of his life, Sue Benson, in Cosmos, Minnesota. Together they built a life filled with devotion, hard work, and cherished memories. Paul is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sue; their children, Clint Michael Dallmann and Alan Paul Dallmann (wife Caryn); and four beloved grandchildren: Kayla Dallmann, Grace Dallmann, Ethan Dallmann, and Daniel Dallmann. He is also survived by his brother Kenneth Dallmann (Connie) and his sister Renae Larson (Donald).

Paul graduated from Cosmos High School in 1964 and continued his education at Willmar Vo-Tech in 1966. Throughout his life, he lived in several states-including Minnesota, Texas, Colorado, Oregon, and Arizona. For the past 16 years Paul and Sue have split their time from Lake Havasu to Minnesota traveling as snowbirds.

Paul was active in both the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. His sense of community and dedication to others were central parts of his life.

Paul was a man who loved the outdoors and embraced adventure. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, snowmobiling, motorcycling, and hiking. Whether exploring a new place or spending a simple day on the lake, Paul found joy in movement, nature, and the company of those he loved.

Above all, Paul will be remembered for his warm heart, steady presence, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy lives on in the stories shared, the values he instilled, and the many lives he touched.
