Paul Ernest Delancey, 66, of Wiggins, MS, passed away on August 6, 2025, at Forrest General Hospital.

He was born in Gulfport, MS, on December 3, 1958; the son of Alton and Edith Delancey. Paul was married to Angela (Angie) Delancey for 34 years.

Paul spent his working career doing whatever he could to make a dollar. But his best thing to do was selling produce, watermelons, and firewood. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and coon hunting, and could tell some real good stories for either one, and the story was so good you would think you was standing right there. He was always outside doing something, and loved to grill, let someone say something about grill, and he would jump on it real fast. That was just Paul. He loved all the nieces and nephews, but he did have a couple that was his favorite, like the Pork Chop (Lizzy) or Elbow (Ebby), they were like gold to him, but the one that was his world was Noel, his first grandson. Noel was his everything. Paul will be missed by everyone that knew him, friends and family. May you rest in peace. WE ALL LOVED YOU SO VERY MUCH.

Paul (Bo or Nukie) was preceded in death by his parents, Edith and Alton Delancey, Jack and Elizabeth Broadus. A brother, Ray, a son, Brandon, and a daughter, Starr-Lyght Delancey, and 1 grandson, Riley.

Paul (Bo or Nukie) is survived by his wife, Angela (Angie). Paul had 5 brothers, Frankie, Billy, Jerry Wayne, Pete and Kenny Lee, and one sister, Evelyn. He has 3 living children, Paula Edith, Anthony (Diann) and Calvin (Tammy). His sidekick, Noel, his grandson, and 7 other grandchildren, Doc, Landon, Wyatt, Nicolle, Blaze, Destin, Haelee (HayHay), Jackson, and Willam.

Paul had a lot of other family members and many many friends, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, was more like brothers and sisters.
