Paul Lowder Obituary
Paul was born on June 20, 1929, in Albemarle to the late Charles Daniel & Victoria Harwood Lowder. He was the middle of their three sons. Paul graduated from Albemarle High School, and Pfeiffer Jr. College before getting his bachelor's degree from Albion College, and a Bachelor of Divinity from Emory University in Atlanta. He served as a Methodist minister in the Western North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church until he retired in 1994. He served as pastor for churches in Statesville, Harmony, Conover, Davidson, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Newton, Eden and Charlotte.
A memorial service will be held at Friends Home Guilford, 925 New Garden Road, Greensboro, NC on Saturday, June 17 at 1:30 pm.
