Paul James McFadden, 72, passed away peacefully at his home on December 7, 2025, surrounded by his family. Paul was born in Lowell on October 7, 1953 to the late Thomas H. "Tick" McFadden Jr and Mary L. (Manning) McFadden. Paul was a lifelong resident of Lowell, Massachusetts and a proud graduate of the Lowell public school system. Paul was the former owner of Ace Foundations.

Family was always at the heart of Paul's life. He is survived by his devoted wife Kimberly (McGrade) McFadden, with whom he shared 47 years of marriage and who took care of him at home while on hospice for the past year.

Paul is survived by his 3 children, son Corey McFadden; daughters Kerri and her husband Eric Finn; and Haley McFadden. He was also a cherished grandfather to Riley, Joshua, Summer, Ace, Teagan, and Adalee, all of whom brought him immense joy. He taught his grandchildren how to swim and ride their bikes.

One of Paul's greatest pleasures was spending time at his beach house in Hampton Beach. The ocean was his happy place, you could often find him going in the water even on the coldest of days.

He is also survived by his 3 sisters,

Sheila Carney and her late husband, Charles, of Lowell, Joanne Tellier and her husband, Richard, of Pelham, and Kellie McLory and her husband Scott of Myrtle beach, SC. His is predeceased by his 2 brothers Thomas McFadden III and David "Morgan" McFadden. He also leaves behind many brother and sister in laws and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Paul's family would like to acknowledge Care Dimensions and all of their wonderful staff from the Hospice Team for their care and support during this difficult time.
