Paul R. Moore

Millville – Paul R. Moore, age 84, of Millville, passed away at St. Vincent Hospital on Wednesday, February 23rd after a period of declining health. He was the loving husband of Therese A. (Boucher) Moore, who died in 2018.
Paul was born on November 4, 1937, to the late William E. and Rose (Didonato) Moore in Milford.
Paul graduated from Becker College also attending American University in Madrid, Spain. Paul worked at Sharfman's Jewelers for over 20 years, in 1987 becoming employee of the year.
He proudly served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam Era.
Paul was a member of the Milford Theatrical Guild for over 18 years, where he enjoyed acting in plays such as The Princess Bride, Young Frankenstein, Fiddler on the Roof, and many more. He also enjoyed playing Bingo, and singing in a Chorus. He loved going to Cape Cod and being on the beach. Most of all, Paul loved being with his family.
He is survived by his fiancée: Betty Ranslow of Millville; children: Sharon Beggs and her husband Paul of Whitinsville, Michael Moore and his girlfriend Kristen Quadevlieg and Thomas Moore and his wife Cheryl of Millbury; grandchildren: Kristin Small and her husband Tim, Angela Kinney and her husband Jeremy, Kayla and Shawn Beggs, Derek and Kyle Moore; great-grandchildren: Andrew, Sophia, Jacob, Leeanna and Abby; sister-in-law Sherri Moore and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, Paul was predeceased by his brothers: Gerard and Richard Moore.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, March 5th from 9:00am to 10:30am at Buma-Sargeant Funeral Home, 42 Congress Street, Milford.
A funeral procession will follow upon conclusion of the calling hours, prior to a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Mary Church, 17 Winter Street, Milford.
