Paul’s life began on October 2, 1955 in Ravena, Ohio. He was the son of Walter and Edna (Brown) Moore. Paul worked as a roofer, painter and sandblaster on water towers and overpasses for several companies in several states. He enjoyed fishing when he was able and an animal lover. Paul lived a very eventful and colorful life and before moving to Kansas raised his family in the mountains of WV. Paul is survived by his children Casey Moore of Hillsboro, Cathleen Moore of Charleston, WV, Lindsey Moore of Charleston, WV, and son Christopher Starcher of Wallback, WV; grandchildren Brian Massey, Danielle Starcher, Emily Moore, James Moore, Shane Thomas and Harlen White; brothers Bob Moore, Walter Moore, sisters Laura Hueman and Darlene Moore, step mother Cathy Moore and former wife Susan Moore. Paul passed away on October 14, 2024 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Debbie. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
