Paul Prowant Obituary
Paul Richard Prowant, 55 of Avon Lake, OH passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022, after a horrific, tragic accident; being hit while walking with his partner Andrea by a drunk driver in East Peoria, IL. He was born February 25, 1967 to parents Janet Lee Whittaker (Frank) and Ralph E. Prowant in Cleveland, OH.
Paul was a member of Iron Worker Local 17 and was employed with American Bridge. He had the spirit of a wanderer and loved to move around and travel. He was great at meeting new people and was always making new friends. A fun guy with a larger-than-life personality; a devoted friend that was always willing to help those in need. Paul was a big talker that could be full of a lot of B.S. which could cause you to love him and hate him in the same moment. Words are not enough to express how much he will be missed.
He is survived by his loving siblings Linda Ibriham, Ralph Prowant (Jennifer) and Cynthia Thomas; dear aunts and uncles Roy Rashke (Janet), Millie Tatsch and Loretta Krasnevich (Harry); nieces and nephews Faith, Josh, Ancinio, Erik and Juan; great-nephew Owen.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
