Paul Stelly Obituary
Kaplan, La - A Mass of Christian Burial officiated by Reverend Mikel Polson will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 10, 2025, at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Paul Dexter Stelly, 81, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery.
A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 10:30 AM.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Linda Stelly of Morse; one daughter, Cheryl (Edward) Stewart of Kaplan; one granddaughter, Kylie Stewart and fiancé Craig Credeur; two stepsons, Lucas (Maria) David of Cow Island and Kyle (Jade) David of Cow Island; three step-grandchildren, Amelia David, Ashton David, and Charli David; and one brother, Larry Stelly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sandrus Stelly and the former Della Mire; his first wife, Delores Mire Stelly; and two brothers, Michael and Ronnie Stelly.
All funeral arrangements are being conducted by Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan (337) 643-7276.
