Paul Christopher Turner, age 57 of Turners Creek departed this earthly life on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky.
He was born on July 5, 1968 at the St. Luke Hospital in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Chris was a retired shipping clerk at a steel mill in Wilder, Kentucky. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and most of all, spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving parents, Paul and Mae Jett Turner; his wife, Mary Noble; his sons, Paul Robert Turner and Christopher Garfield Turner; his daughter, Brooke Isabella Turner; his brothers, Henry Wade Turner and Brian Scott Turner (Allie); and his sister, Amanda Turner (Dean).
He was preceded in death by his son, Zachary Carson Turner; his paternal grandparents, Rev. Henry and Jennie Turner; and his maternal grandparents, Garfield and Amanda Raleigh.
Chris was a devoted member of the Shoulderblade Old Regular Baptist Church.
Visitation for Chris will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the Breathitt Funeral Home from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. His funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, October 9 at 11:00 AM with Brian Turner and Gordon Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in the Raleigh Cemetery at Wolfcoal. Serving as pallbearers will be Dean Turner, Glenn Campbell, Chase Turner, Seth Turner, Gary Turner, and other family and friends.
