Paul graduated from Hale County High School in 1957, followed by two years of service in the U.S. Marines, and dearly loved his country. Over the years, he worked at several places in Tuscaloosa- retiring from the VAMC. Then he enjoyed his part time job at Coral Industries driving a delivery truck which took him to many places. Since then, he has been able to enjoy his retirement time.
He loved and trusted in his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was an active member of Alberta Baptist Church. He enjoyed time with his family, various Alabama sports, traveling, breakfast time with his Wright's restaurant buddies, and working in his flower beds.
There will be a private graveside service for family at Oak Hill Cemetery in Moundville, AL with Jared Roggoli officiating. A memorial service will follow at Albert Baptist Church with Pastor K.J. Pugh officiating starting at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, July 29, 2024. A visitation will follow after the memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alberta Baptist Church Ministry, Hospice of West Alabama, or your favorite charity.

Paul and I graduated from Hale County High School in May, 1957. We joined the Marine Corp the next day and completed Boot Camp together that August. Oh boy what memories.
