Paula Burnitt Obituary
A funeral service for Paula Allen Burnitt will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk St. Mansfield, Louisiana with Interment to follow at Converse Cemetery in Converse, Louisiana. Officiating the services will be Bro. Jimmy Price, Ray Darden, and Bro. Dan Racca. A visitation will be held on Friday August 9, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Chapel, Mansfield, Louisiana.
Paula was born on August 12, 1933, to Minard Lee Walden and Pauline Allen in Converse, Louisiana and entered into rest on August 6, 2024.
Paula was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Burnitt; son, Brian Burnitt; grandson, Micheal Broxson; and parents, M. L. and Pauline Walden.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Paul Burnitt (Nita); Darien Burnitt (Bri); and John Edward Burnitt (Darlene); daughter, Jolene Broxson (Terry); grandchildren, James Burnitt, Elizabeth Hebert, Sarah Garrett, Brooke Ebarb, Brittany Solley, Alicia Guidry, Alan Burnitt, Ethan Burnitt, Jonathan Burnitt, Cory Broxson, Estefania Pena; and sister, Connie Broussard
Honoring Paula as pallbearers will be James Burnitt, Sam Garrett, Ronnie Lecza, Adam Jean, Josh Ebarb, and Ronald McDonald.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Ben Leggio, Rodney Golden, and Ray Darden
