Paula Carhart

Paula Carhart of Harrisonville, Missouri peacefully fell asleep in death at her home on November 25, 2024 with her husband at her side. She was born in Italy as Paola Vescovi on January 1, 1946 to Lina and Giuseppe. She emigrated with her family to the United States in 1957 and was raised in the Bronx, NY. She became a hairdresser and worked in her parents' salon until they retired, whereupon she took over the family business. She moved to California in 1986 and lived and worked as a hairdresser in the North Bay area of San Francisco She married Doug Carhart in 1998, and they remained in that area until they moved to Harrisonville, Missouri in 2021 where she could be closer to her family.
She loved life, her family, and her God, Jehovah. She was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on November 17, 1973 and served her Heavenly Father to the best of her ability until the day she died.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lina and Joseph Vescovi. She is survived by her beloved husband, Doug; her siblings, Guido and Laura; her children, Paul and Francine; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
