Paula's journey began as the beloved daughter of Luisa Ochoa and Eugenio Dominguez. She grew up surrounded by the warmth of her siblings, Belia Pacheco, Inez, Jesus, and Refugio Dominguez, and carried the memories of her late brother, Ramon Dominguez, in her heart. In 1967, Paula's life was beautifully intertwined with that of Juan Socorro Garcia, and together they created a life filled with joy and commitment. They celebrated their 50th anniversary in 2017, marking half a century of unwavering love and companionship.
A dedicated mother to Jaime, Daniel, Samuel, and Vilma Garcia, Paula instilled in her children the values of hard work, integrity, and the importance of family. Her legacy lives on through her eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, who will continue to cherish the countless moments of laughter and love she shared with them.
Paula's professional life was marked by her creative touch and diligent work ethic. For many years, she crafted beauty as a florist at Blooming Rose, touching the lives of countless individuals with her floral arrangements. Her dedication to her community was further exemplified by her three decades of house cleaning, a testament to her commitment to providing for her family.
Paula's zest for life was evident in her hobbies. She was a master of traditional Mexican cuisine, known for her delicious tamales and empanadas, which brought warmth to many family gatherings. Shopping was another joy, as she took pleasure in finding the perfect items for her loved ones.
One of Paula's greatest life lessons was the importance of defending her rights, a principle she stood by firmly and passed on to her children. Above all, her most treasured accomplishment was the nurturing and care she provided for her children and family. Paula's love for cooking ensured that her family was always welcomed with a home-cooked meal, and she took great pride in ensuring they were well-clothed and fed.
Paula was preceded in death by her parents, Luisa Ochoa and Eugenio Dominguez, her brother Ramon Dominguez, and her beloved granddaughter, Lilibeth Garcia. Her memory will be held dear by those she leaves behind, including her devoted husband, Juan Socorro Garcia, her children, her sister, her brothers, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, and the many friends and community members whose lives she touched.

Visitation will begin at 10am - 8pm on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Acres West Funeral Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 27, 2025. Funeral Services will take place at 2:00pm December 28, 2025, at Acres West Funeral Chapel, with burial on 11:00am Monday, December 29, 2025 at American Heritage.

El velorio se llevará a cabo de 10:00 a. m. a 8:00 p. m. el sábado 27 de diciembre de 2025 en la Funeraria Acres West. Se celebrará una misa en su memoria a las 6:00 p. m. del mismo sábado. El funeral tendrá lugar a las 2:00 p. m. del 28 de diciembre de 2025 en la Funeraria Acres West, y el entierro será a las 11:00 a. m. del lunes 29 de diciembre de 2025 en American Heritage.
