Paula was born in Jersey City, NJ to Marion (née Giganti) and Emil Ernest. She was the Director of Food Service at Dwight-Englewood School, Englewood, NJ for many years. Paula was an active member at St. Mary's and helped to organize many church functions, and also worked in the parish office. Paula was also a board member for Spectrum for Living, River Vale.
Visiting 9:00 AM – 10:45 AM on Monday, August 19, 2024 at the Frech-McKnight Funeral Home, 161 Washington Avenue, Dumont, followed by an 11:00 AM Mass at St. Mary's R.C. Church Dumont. Cremation is private. Inurnment of cremains to take place at a later date at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Paula's memory to Spectrum for Living, 210 Rivervale Road, River Vale, NJ 07675.
