Paula Jan Jantzi

Paula Jan Jantzi, 63, of Sarasota, left this world and was taken to Heaven to be with her Lord and. Savior on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2022 at Post Acute Hospital (PAM), Sarasota, FL after a brief illness.
She was born to a Mennonite Pastor and Evangelist, Reverend Andrew and Verda Mast Jantzi, December 27, 1958 in Buffalo, New York, the youngest of four children. They and her sister, Carol Joy who died on Thanksgiving Day, 1999 preceded her. Survivors include her eldest sister, Edith Joyce Rice (Layton), nephew Jeffrey, all of Newport News, VA and her brother, Clayton Jantzi of Goshen, IN and Sarasota, FL, on aunt and many cousins around the world.
Paula was a multi-talented person. She attended elementary school in New York and Florida. She graduated from Sarasota Christian School and attended Eastern Mennonite College and Rosedale Bible College. She furthered her education and was trained as a nursing assistant and an upholsterer, completed computer and X-Ray technician classes and also became a Certified Notary Public.
She was employed at Kissin' Cuzzins and Sugar n' Spice Restaurants, was an assistant in Simons Chiropractic Office, a longtime employee of John Michael Smith, CPA and most recently the Michael Wallack Law Firm.
