With profound sorrow and deep gratitude, we celebrate the life of Paulene Pamella Pearson, affectionately known as "Pam"-a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, missionary, and friend. Born on September 19, 1955, in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, Pam's life was a radiant testament to faith, generosity, and unwavering love.
In the 1990s, Pam courageously migrated to the United States, beginning her journey in New York, where she worked as a childcare provider. Her work ethic was unmatched, and her commitment to uplifting others was evident in every role she embraced.
She later moved from New York to Indiana, where she began working as a store clerk at Walmart. After some time, she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where she continued her work at Walmart and took on roles as a house cleaner, eventually becoming a businesswoman and entrepreneur. Upon settling in Atlanta, Pam proudly learned to drive and purchased her own vehicle-a true testament to her determination, independence, and unwavering spirit.
Pam was the beloved mother of five children:
· Richard Pearson (deceased)
· Alecia Clark
· Robert Pearson
· Nakeisha Pearson
· Gregory Pearson
She was a proud grandmother to twelve grandchildren: Joshua, Virginia, Kailyn, Johnnell, Rohan, Gabrielle, Baron, Nyla, Blake, Noah, Russell, and Logan.
She also leaves behind her loving sister, Julia Wright, who resides in the United Kingdom, along with cherished nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Pam's heart was as generous as it was joyful. Known for her warmth, friendliness, and selflessness, she was the kind of person who would literally give the shirt off her back to someone in need. Her spirit of giving extended far beyond her family-she was deeply involved in her church's food bank ministry, distributing food to the community and always seeking ways to serve.
A missionary at heart, Pam loved singing, praising God, and sharing the Gospel. She handed out tracts, encouraged others to seek the Lord, and lived her life as a beacon of faith. Her home was filled with music, laughter, and the sweet sound of her voice lifting praises to heaven. Sundays were sacred to Pam-a day of fellowship, worship, and rejoicing with her fellow saints.
Pam was also passionate about charitable giving, supporting children in Africa and contributing to organizations that served the less fortunate. Her love for gardening, walking in the park, and watching tennis brought her simple joys, and she even tried her hand at playing tennis a few times-always with a smile.
Her cheerful spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering belief in God left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She was prayerful, God-fearing, and strong-a pillar of encouragement and hope.
Though she has departed this earthly life, Pam's legacy lives on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and the countless lives she touched. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever be cherished as a loving, caring, and faith-filled mother whose life was a true reflection of God's love.
We honor her with her favorite scripture, a declaration of her enduring faith: "I shall not die but live to declare the glory of God." – Psalm 118:17 https://www.gofundme.com/f/paulenes-legacy-giving-and-love?v=amp14_t2&utm_campaign=man_sharesheet_dash&utm_content=amp13_t1-amp14_t2&utm_medium=customer&utm_source=copy_link&lang=en_US&attribution_id=sl%3A063df4b8-84e1-40b6-a0b0-1cbda00c0719
