Mrs. Pauline Ellis Hightower was born on August 3, 1934, to the late Mack Ellis and Eloise Ellis in Jackson, Georgia. Mrs. Pauline accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and united with Towaliga County Line Baptist Church.

In her leisure time she enjoyed sewing, cooking, reading her Bible, working in her yard and taking care of her plants. The thing she loved the most was spending time with her family.

On Friday, October 3, 2025, Mrs. Pauline Ellis Hightower name was called, and she answered and was free from all sickness and pain. Rest now in peace and comfort, your journey has ended, battle fought, and victory won. She was preceded in death her parents, Mack and Eloise Ellis; daughter, Carol Lynn Hightower, and her siblings, Maxey Ellis, Ralph Ellis, Jack Ellis, Wilbur Ellis, Annie Will, Margaret Ellis, and Margurite Ellis

Mrs. Pauline Ellis Hightower leaves a legacy of memories to be cherished in the hearts of her children, Thomas (Delores) Hightower, Annie Hightower, David (Geraldine) Hightower, Azeline (Tremayne) Blackshear, Rickey Hightower, and James (Lisa) Hightower; bonus children, Sharon Savage Deaton, and Cindy Savage; 26 grandchildren, 51 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren, her special friends, Mrs. Nina Ambles, and Mrs. Sarah Taylor. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
