She is survived by her son, David E. (Sheila) Welch, Sr.; grandchildren, David E. (Angela) Welch, Jr. and Charles Wesley (Katherine) Welch; great-grandchildren, Addison Olivia, Lillian Layne, Abigail Marie, Eden Taylor, Easton James, and Lucas Aaron Welch.
Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Hadley Chapel Sunday, March 16th from 2-6pm and Monday, March 17th from 11am until the time of service at 12pm, Pastor Tommy Dove officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
