Pauline was born in Los Angeles on February 23, 1936 to her parents Gladys and Lavern Connors. She grew up in Los Angeles before moving to Visalia. She went to school to become a teacher, and married Paul Wurscher in September 1956. They were married for 64 years before his passing. They had two children, Kenneth and Kirsten, and one grandchild. She is preceded in death by her brother Mike Connors, sister Catherine Smith, her husband and son, and her parents. She is survived by her Granddaughter Amanda, her three great-grandchildren, nieces Josephine and Jeannette, and her daughter.
She taught at Crestwood Elementary for the majority of her career, and was a private tutor at Cullinan Education in her retirement. She had a life-long love of reading, animals, and gardening, which she shared with her family and friends. Described as one of the kindest people you could ever meet, she was devoted to her family and her children. She is incredibly missed.
The Celebration of Pauline's life will be held at a later date. A donation to the Arbor Day Foundation in her memory would be greatly appreciated.
