of 52, in Galveston, Texas. Born on July 5, 1973, in Odessa, Texas, to Mary Aleman and Pedro Jimenez
Amancio, Pedro's life was a testament to the power of kindness and faith.
Pedro's infectious smile and good-hearted nature were his hallmarks. He was a man of respect,
intelligence, and unwavering devotion to God. Known for his selflessness, Pedro was the kind of
person who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need, embodying the true spirit of
compassion. His love for his family and friends knew no bounds, and he cherished every moment
spent with them.
He leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth, survived by his adoring parents, Mary Aleman step
father Joe Aleman and Pedro Jimenez Amancio; his children, Justine M. Galindo, Tabitha Isabel
Amancio, Pedro C Amancio Jr, Evie Jewel Amancio, Derek Russell and Adrianna Rodriguez; his siblings,
Minerva Amancio, Luis Amancio, Pedro Amancio Jr, Lucema Amancio, Efren Amancio, Perla Porras, and
Karina Carrasco; and his cherished grandchildren, Kahlani J. Comer, Kai J. Amancio, Jaedyn J. Galindo,
Addisyn Ramos, Andrew Ramos, Sofia Lujan, Emmitt Russell, Lexi Russell, and Amara Russell. His tia
Ollie Sanchez, who was like a second mother to him, along with numerous loving tias and tios, will
also hold his memory dear.
Pedro was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ramon and Estela Castelo, and his
paternal grandmother, Albina Jimenez. Their guidance and love shaped Pedro into the remarkable man
he became, and their legacy continued through his actions and the lives he touched.
Throughout his life, Pedro's loving nature was evident to all who knew him. He was a pillar of his
community, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. His commitment to his faith was
unwavering, and he served God with every fiber of his being. Pedro's life was a reflection of his values,
and he inspired those around him to live with the same integrity and generosity.
As we bid farewell to Pedro Castelo Amancio, we celebrate a life beautifully lived. His memory will
continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those he loved. Pedro's spirit, characterized by love and
selflessness, will forever be a guiding light for his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to
have known him. Though he has left this earthly realm, the impact of his love and kindness will

Public Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 1 PM at Acres West Funeral Chapel in the 24-hour
chapel. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 7 PM in the 24-hour chapel.
Services will be held at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2pm and burial to follow
at Ector County Cemetery.

en Galveston, Texas. Nacido el 5 de julio de 1973 en Odessa, Texas, hijo de Mary Alemán y Pedro Jiménez Amancio,
su vida fue un testimonio del poder de la bondad y la fe.

tía Ollie Sánchez, quien fue como una segunda madre para él, junto con numerosas tías y tíos amorosos, también

Pedro fue precedido en la muerte por sus abuelos maternos, Ramón y Estela Castelo, y su abuela paterna, Albina

El servicio se llevará a cabo en la Iglesia de Santa Isabel Ana Seton el jueves 4 de septiembre, de 2025 a la 2 p. m. y
el entierro se realizará posteriormente en el Cementerio del Condado de Ector.
