Peggy Clawson Obituary

She married George W. Clawson on December 23, 1967 in Lafayette and he preceded her in death on February 1, 2012. Peggy put her skills to work as a cook for Stiney's Restaurant in West Lafayette. She also enjoyed crocheting and making dolls.
Surviving are her three children: Richard (Kim) Clawson of Lafayette, Bill Clawson of Indianapolis and Lois (Dane) Eades of Lebanon; grandchildren: Ladissa Woodrum, Jeremiah Eades, Eric Clawson, Aaron Clawson, Brittany Mathes, Brent Zell, Rachelle (James) Cowherd, and Robert (Courtney) Zell; great grandchildren: Brady, Macy, Colten, Braydlen, Cayden, Rawly, William, Kayleigh, Brody, Camren, Kalli, and RJ; and her siblings: Edward (Suzie) Sikes of Lafayette, Lewis Sikes of Montmorenci and Waunita VanDyke of Cape Geraldo, Missouri.
She is preceded in death by her husband and daughter, Jodie Clawson.
Visitation will be held at Hippensteel Funeral Home on Monday, December 9th from 12-1 p.m., with a funeral service being held at 1. Peggy will then be laid to rest at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions in Peggy's name may be made to The American Cancer Society.
