Peggy A. Clunk (née Ingalls) ran out of gas one last time on December 30, 2025, at her home in Avon, Ohio, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on June 4, 1959 (or possibly 1958-she kept us guessing) in Cleveland, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Howard Ingalls II and Mary Ingalls, as well as her brother George and sister Kathleen.

In her 66 years on this Earth, Peggy touched the lives of everyone around her with quiet strength, unwavering loyalty, and an enduring presence. Born and raised in Ohio, she remained deeply connected to her roots and was a fierce and devoted Cleveland Browns fan through every season.

Peggy loved her family above all else. She was extraordinarily selfless, giving her whole heart to everyone she cared for. Truly, she had the world's biggest heart.

She enjoyed gambling, trips to the casino, playing bingo with her mom, working on puzzle books, and delivering the most powerful guilt trips known to humankind. More than anything, she cherished being a mom to Michelle Paul (Garth), Jonathon (Jasmin Rodríguez), Kenneth (Angela Fantone), and Bryan (Kalie Balestra). Her greatest joy was being "Grandma" to Amya, Nevaeh, Noah, Coraline, Evelyn, and Brayden. Her family was her life-and, as she always said, her legacy.

Peggy loved her monthly sibling get-togethers and always had the support of her siblings: Barbara Anderson (Terry), Ronald Ingalls, Janet Erwin (Mike), James Ingalls (Mary Costanzo), John Ingalls (Marlene Wilson), Michelle Smith (Dean), and April Bell (Tim). She also treasured being an aunt to many nieces and nephews and cherished every visit with them.

Peggy proudly served her country as a member of the United States Army and later retired from the United States Postal Service.

Memories of her smile, laughter, and cherished family traditions will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved her. Her legacy lives on through the lives she shaped and the love she gave so freely.

Per her request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers or donations, please take time to have a family game night with your loved ones, in honor of Peggy.
