Peggy Joyce Cotton, 95, passed away January 24, 2025 in Mineral Wells. She was born January 4, 1930 in Oran the daughter of Herman and Lois Moore Sims. She married Mason Cotton in 1945. She was a very giving person and would give the shirt off her back to help her family or anyone else. She was a longtime member of Rock Creek Road Baptist Church.
Visitation is 1-2 PM Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Rock Creek Road Baptist Church. The service is 2 PM Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Rock Creek Road Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Rock Creek Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband in 1986, and her sons: Donnie Mack and Roger Cotton.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law: Debbie Williamson, Jana and John Cooney, grandchildren: Scott, Kaylynn, Bryan, Heather, Carrie, Brent, Brandon, Raina, Ashley, and Jamie, 27 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.
