Linda McDonell Obituary

LINDA JEAN MARTIN MCDONELL Linda Jean Martin McDonell passed away on August 19, 2025, in a Fort Worth hospital. She was born on April 12, 1941, in Mineral Wells, TX, to Harold Dee Martin and Adelle Wilkinson Martin. Linda graduated from Mineral Wells High School in 1959 and later married Donald "Mac" McDonell on December 10, 1971. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1999, then received her MA in psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2002. Linda was a licensed private pilot. She was a very dynamic, independent woman. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Alicia Alexander; brothers, Harold Dean Martin and Jerry Martin; and sister, Elizabeth Pearson. She leaves behind her husband, Mac McDonell; sons, Clay Alexander (Melissa) and Charlie Alexander (Kim); grandchildren, Martin Alexander (Macy), Kelli Alexander, Ricky Alexander, and Addie Alexander; and a great-grandchild, Hadleigh Alexander.
