Peggy worked as a legal secretary, at Richard Adam Florist & was an independent florist. She was a proud homemaker, avid reader, gardener, crazy cat lady, and collector-extraordinaire. Nothing compared to her deep love for her children and grandchildren.
Her happy place was designing flowers for friends and family.

Dan and Peggy Dores were my Godparents I could not think of a better choice, when I think about it I would have had a lot of fun teasing Leslie and Chris picking on Dan Jr a little bit, I would have made a good Dore, the Dore family would have possessed the power to help me forget about an unforgettable loss and move on in life, in the end though we were all very lucky to have the parents we did and am very grateful.
