Peggy Garrow, of Plattsburgh, passed away on Novemver 6, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on April 18, 1947 in Plattsburgh, NY to Aaron Garrow and Calla Scribner-Garrow. Peggy grew up with an independent spirit and a desire to help others that shaped her life. She was interested in gardening and had a love of animals.
Peggy dedicated many years of her life to Arpak Plastics as a machine operator, where she was valued for her strong work ethic. She was involved with various church organizations in her later life.
She was preceded in death by her longtime partner, Wilfred Parrott; her parents and her brother, John Garrow. Peggy is survived by her daughter, Ann Hemingway, as well as her son, Henry Parrott, and son-in-law Joron Ross, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at a later date.
