Peggy was born February 14, 1957, in Greensburg, Indiana, the daughter of Sheldon Shirley and Sylvia Ward Shirley Hitchcock.
Survivors include her son, John (Tara) Coles of Columbus; two grandchildren and one great-grandson.
In keeping with Peggy's wishes, cremation will take place, and no services are planned at this time.
