Peggy Wolff Hampson, 88, of West Palm Beach, FL, Formerly of Wilmington, OH, San Jose, CA, and Kailua, HI, passed away on August 11, 2025, after a long illness.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm on October 19, 2025 at Wilmington College's T. Canby Jones Meetinghouse. Nancy McCormick, the Campus Minister, will officiate. The spreading of ashes will occur following the service. A reception will follow.

Peggy was born in Lynchburg, Ohio on March 20, 1937. She graduated from Lynchburg High School and continued on to study at Wilmington College, also receiving a Master's degree in Art History from Antioch College.

Peggy worked as a teacher, artist and author for over 60 years and enjoyed music and her grandchildren the most. She was also actively involved in local political support for national candidates.

She is survived by her sons, Evan (Portia) Williams and Jason (Stacy) Williams, grandchildren Danny, Lindsey, Abby and Aaron, and great grandson Gavin, along with her sister Linda (Mark) Clark, and nieces Holly and KC & their families, and other relatives and friends.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Mozelle Wolff.
