Peggy Ann "Shawley" Perfetta

Peggy Ann Perfetta, 84, of Export, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, surrounded by her family. Peggy was born July 27, 1941, in Salem Township, daughter of the late Velma (Shawley) Cline and Oliver Cline.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Richard Perfetta Sr., two brothers, Arthur Shawley and Harold "Hank" Shawley; brothers-in-law John "Wallio" (Mary) Perfetta and Frank (Judith) Perfetta. She is survived by her children: daughter, Deborah (Martin) Zundel of McCullough; sons, Rick (Denise) Perfetta of Renfrew, and Patrick (Heather) Perfetta of Anchorage, Alaska. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Louise Shawley of Slickville and Betty Shawley of Bradenton, Florida; grandsons, Ricky (Lianna) of Blacklick, Ohio, and Cory (Jordyn) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and great granddaughters, Ivy and Evelyn.

Peggy retired from St. Mary's Catholic Church, in Export, PA after several decades of dedicated service where she was parish secretary.

At the family's request, there will be no viewing. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 5900 Kennedy Ave, Export, PA, on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 1:00 PM.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Brookdale (Murrysville) and Bridges Hospice for their compassionate and sincere care.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 5900 Kennedy Ave, Export, PA 15632 or Bridges Hospice, 4130 Monroeville Blvd, Monroeville, PA 15146.
