Randolph - Peggy Ann Randolph, age 92, of Atlantic Beach, Florida, departed this life on September 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving husband, Leon Randolph, Sr. She was born on August 9,1933, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, to Benetta Taylor. Peggy lived a life marked by devotion to family, hard work, and a joyful spirit that left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Peggy grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where she was known for her adventurous nature, especially her love of climbing trees. It was in Brooklyn that she met the love of her life, Leon Randolph, Sr. The two were married on June 8, 1952, beginning a union that would span more than seven decades. Together they built a warm and loving home filled with love and laughter. They were blessed with three sons, William, Leon, Jr., and Vincent. A dedicated caregiver by profession and by nature, Peggy worked for 18 years at the Philadelphia Naval Child Care Center. Her tireless work ethic and nurturing presence earned the admiration of both parents and children alike. She retired in 1982 but remained fondly remembered by many whose early years were shaped by her care. Peggy was the proud spouse of a retired Naval Chief Petty Officer. She embraced the life of a military family with grace and resilience. Her strength and support were cornerstones of their family's journey through years of service. Peggy was also a beloved grandparent to Nicole Randolph, Alisha Randolph and Adam Randolph; great-grandmother to Quintessa, Isis, Shara, Amir and Kabir Muhammad; great-great-grandmother to Naeem, Rasul, Musa and Aziz; aunt to Diane, Gina and Robin; great aunt to Mandela, Charles and Brooks; mother-in-law to Christel, Georgianna and Gloria. Peggy enjoyed gardening and found immense joy tending to her garden and sharing its bounty with neighbors and friends. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mom, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Peggy's pleasant personality and contagious humor will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, generosity and the countless lives she touched.

Peggy leaves to mourn her husband, sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, her devoted care giver, Charlene and a host of extended relatives and friends.
