Peggy Jane Trich

Peggy Jane Trich, 91, of Jeffersonville, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022, with her daughter and son-in-law by her side in Williamsburg, VA. She worked in manufacturing at Brockway Plastics and then at Meijer as a greeter. She adored her family and always enjoyed spending time with them. She taught Sunday School at First Christian Church and was in the P.T.A. when her children were young. She is a former member of First Christian Church and Covenant Christian Church.
She is survived by her daughter Janice T. Hoffman (Ken) of Williamsburg, VA; daughter-in-law Melinda Anderson of Jeffersonville; granddaughter Jennifer Butler (Bill) of Louisville, KY; grandson Kenny Trich (Jenny) of Jeffersonville; great-grandchildren Daly Hoffman, Tyler Trich (Emily), and Austin Trich; and great-great grandsons Aaron and Maddox.
She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas E. Trich, Sr; son Thomas E. Trich, Jr; and grandsons Brian Hoffman and Aaron Trich.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at E.M. Coots' Sons Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow at Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, from 4-8:00 p.m. and Thursday, July 28, 2022, from 9-11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home.
