Penelope was loved by many people even before she was born and after coming into this world. She was her families pride and joy during the time they had with her.
During her brief time with us PJ enjoyed having books read to her, listening to her sister, Alexis singing, and visits from her family.
PJ was the strongest little dragon who fought longer and harder than we could have imagined, and is loved endlessly by her parents, sister and extended family.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Martin-Dugger Funeral Home Chapel, Elk City, Oklahoma. Interment will be at Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing her memory is her loving Parents, Malcolm and Sarah Byer; and her Sister, Alexis Snyder, all of Elk City, Oklahoma; her Mimi and G, Suzanne and Russell Kenney; Granny and Grandad, Cherrie and Joey Nutley; and Pa, Phillip Byer; her Great MiMi, Myrtle Billingsley; her Aunts and Uncles, Jessica Kenney, Chloé Nutley, Tammy and Roger Slife, Tonya and Jeremy Loyd, Shannon and Bart Barnett; as well as a multitude of Cousins, Great Aunts and Uncles, and Second Cousins.
Penelope is preceded in death by her Grandad, and name sake, Joe Billingsley; and her Nene, Vanessa Byer.
The family request memorials be made to the Ronald McDonald House in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 707, Elk City, Oklahoma 73648.
