Penny Lynn Bricker, 83, of Medina and formerly of Creston, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at the Echelon in Medina.

Penny was born on Dec. 15, 1941, in Cleveland to Lovell "Pete" and Gladys (Allen) Reed and was a 1960 graduate of Norwayne High School. On Sept. 3, 1960, she married Victor L. Bricker, and they shared 65 years together. Penny was a woman of faith that had attended the Creston Church of God for many years where she served as the choir director and later attended Canaan Free Will Baptist Church. Penny enjoyed doing needlework and quilting and in recent years enjoyed coloring.

Surviving is her husband, Victor; her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Cheryl Bricker of Medina and David and Sally Bricker of Toney, AL; grandchildren and their spouses, Amanda and Brendan Wesolowski, Bryan and Devon Bricker, Sean and Kim Roberts, Seth and Moly Roberts and Shane Roberts and 3 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lovell.

Friends may call Thursday, Sept. 25th from 6-8 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston. Private family services will be held on Friday with Chaplain David Harstine officiating. Burial will follow in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Better Together Hospice, 3515 Manchester Rd., Suite 5, Akron, OH 44319.
