She built a beautiful life of faith and love. Her testimony of our Savior Jesus Christ and example has been passed down to her children and grandchildren. She often shared and testified of the Savior and her experience of converting to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a wonderful example of following the Savior, and her legacy will live on through them.
Along with her husband, they established Coy's Wheel in 1977 and continue to serve the automotive community worldwide. She had a love for classic cars and enjoyed traveling with her husband Randy across the country to multiple car shows a year for their business. She had the best sense of fashion, which led her to start her own clothing boutique business with her daughters. Penny loved music and had a wide range of her favorites including Bon Jovi, The Beatles and country music.
As a family, she loved traveling with her kids and spouse, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her favorite family destinations were camping, Disneyland and Disney World. She also loved having her family join her at her favorite restaurants.
Most of all, she loved her family. You could always find her at her children's and grandchildren's sports and other activities cheering them on. She also welcomed dozens of her children's friends and cousins into her home, supported teams and leagues and her reach as a "mother" can't be measured.
She was a wonderful cook and filled her house with love and food. Sunday was always a day of worship and family gathering, in which everyone was welcomed. She often shared her family recipes that will be used for generations.
She lived for her family and passed on a beautiful legacy. God be with you until we meet again.
