Penny Perry Obituary
Penny Sue Perry (Nee Smerk) passed away on March 17, 2025, in Akron, Ohio. Born on March 29, 1952, in Akron, Penny spent her life between Cuyahoga Falls Ohio and North Fort Myers, Florida, calling both communities home.
A graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. Penny was a member of the Ladies Auxilary (VFW) Post 1062 in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Elmer Smerk and Ada Gertrude Smerk, as well as her husband, Roger Dale Perry. She is survived by her brother, Donnie Lynn Smerk. Penny found unwavering companionship in her beloved dog, Tucker, who remained by her side until the very end.
