Percival is survived by his girlfriend Jo and his children, Ian Knowlton of Greenbush, Karen & Dewayne Stoddard of Greenbush, Angela & Scott Geroux of Garland, Melaina & Brian Maloney of Lisbon, and Steven Damon & partner Victoria of Buckfield. His grandchildren, Jared, Jake, and Brianna, Nicole and Noelle, Violet, and Kelsey & Gabrielle, great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Kori, Freddie, Orion, Isla, Cove, Roux, and Ripleigh.

He is also survived by his sister, Margaret Gove, and his nephews, Vance Gove Jr., Michelle & children and Jeffrey & Lisa Gove.

Special Thanks to the people he created relationships with while receiving great care at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston and to Dr. Luskin. Percival did not want a service, and his family will have a private Celebration of Life.
