Percy “Bob” Bailey Jr., age 90, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at his residence in Forest, MS. His visitation will be held on November 27, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. His Services will take place at noon in our Funeral Home Chapel. His burial will follow at New Lorena Cemetery in Forest, MS. Bro. Doyle Boyles and Bro. Norris Ables will officiate under the direction of Wolf Funeral Services. 

Bob was born to Percy R. Bailey, Sr. and Lura Hawkins on August 12, 1934, in Hinds County, MS. He lived in Brandon, MS for twenty-four years, then moved to the Lorena Community in 2000. Bob was a member of Lorena Baptist Church in Forest, MS. He loved hunting, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family. After thirty-three years of service, Bob retired as a Civil Engineer with the U. S. Forestry Services. 

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, Percy Bailey Sr. and Lura Bailey; his two sisters, Wilma Doris Green and Eleanor Ruth Ball. He is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years, Sue Moulder Bailey of Lorena, MS; his daughter, Pam Warren (Ricky) of Lorena, MS; his son, Jeff Bailey of Lorena, MS; his two grandchildren, Ashley Coley and Brady Warren (Katherine) and his two great-grandchildren, Neelie Coley and William James Warren.

Sam Shirley, Andy Wedgeworth, Bubba Hawkins, Bob Lane, Joe Walker and Scotty Hawkins will be pallbearers.
