The son of Juan Isidro and Marcelina Louise (Alvarez) Baca, he was born September 2, 1963 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Perry attended school in Guymon, graduating with the Class of 1981. He worked as a body man in the automotive business the majority of his working life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Marcelina Baca and one brother, Damon Baca.
Survivors include three sisters: Maria Dews-Carroll and J.D. of New Braunfels, Texas, Lisa Ortiz and Ray of Guymon, and Terri Cruz and Danny of San Antonio, Texas.
There will be a private family inurnment in the Elmhurst Cemetery.
